While there, the subject removed two different pieces of equipment from the property, a Diamond Forestry Disc Mulcher, and a Bobcat Brushcat Mower. The total value of stolen property is around $20,000.

Sometime between December 27th 2023 and January 1st 2024, an unknown subject entered onto a property in the area of 2nd and Buffalo Bill and removed a PJ Tandem Axle Car Trailer valued at $6500. Then between January 1st and January 3rd, the subject swapped this trailer with a brand-new H&H Trailer in the area of West State Farm and South Buffalo Bill that was valued at $18000. The subject also pulled the plates from the other trailer (15X4497)

On November 19th 2023, between 9pm and 930pm, an unknown subject gained access into an unlocked vehicle in the parking lot of a building in the 200 block of Hahn Ave. While there the subject removed a bag with art supplies and a Samsung S23 Ultra cell phone. Sometime between the evening of November 17th and the morning of November 20th 2023, unknown subjects entered a building in the 2000 block of W 14th St. While there, the subjects removed multiple tools, to include a tile saw and multiple Dewalt batteries, from inside. The tools are all marked Etirado. The total amount of stolen property is worth over $1000 dollars.

During the early morning hours of June 19th 2023, an unknown subject entered into the construction site of the District 177 apartment area. While there, the subject set fire to the parking garage area, causing significant damage to it. The subject also attempted to set fire to insulation in another area using an accelerant but was unsuccessful. The initial estimate for damages done is around $10,000.

On April 4th 2023 at around 10 pm, an unknown subject entered the Skills Casino in the 1500 block of E 4th St and approached an ATM machine. While at the machine, the subject produced a key and opened the front panel exposing the combination lock. The subject then attempted to enter multiple incorrect combinations into the lock trying to gain entry into the safe. The subject failed to open the safe and gave up on his attempts, leaving the facility.

Sometime between the evening of February 6th 2023 and the next morning of the 7th an unknown subject entered onto a construction sight at the corner of S Oak and W William Ave. Once there the subject cut a hole in the plastic window coverings to enter a building and began removing tools from inside. Among the stolen tools were DeWalt impact drills, a Bauer precision grinder, and Milwaukee drills. The total amount of stolen property is worth around $2,600

In the early morning of November 25th 2022, an unknown male subject entered the Kwik Stop on Rodeo Rd. The subject walked up to the clerk with what appeared to be a gun hidden underneath a towel and demanded the money inside of the register. The subject ended up getting away with around $200.
